Terms of Use for Records

The terms of use for the records available on this web portal are as follows:

Unless otherwise indicated, records made available on this web portal, such as textual documents, architectural drawings, posters, photographs, motion picture films, audio and video recordings, can be used under a Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license under the following terms:

a. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

b. NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

c. NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

d. Adaptations will only be considered and authorized upon requests for permission made to, and granted by, ICCROM.

e. No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

All use not specified in these Terms must be previously and expressly authorized by ICCROM. In the case of records for which ICCROM does not hold the copyright, users shall refer to the copyright-holder.
