Content

This subfile contains images of archaeological sites, landscapes, cityscapes, and artifacts pertaining to Jerusalem from 1974 to 1990. Highlights include the Dome of the Rock, Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Mount of Olives, Mamilla, Dung Gate and Salomon’s Pools. Views of the Old City showcase landmarks such as the Wailing Wall Plaza, Damascus Gate, Jaffa Gate, and the Citadel, along with scenes from Orthodox Palm Sunday and traditional souks. Also featured are archaeological details, such as Hezekiah’s Pool, the Tomb of Absalom, Robinson's Arch, and Solomon’s Stables. Other architectural details are showcased through images of various sabils (public fountains), tombs, and key churches, including the Holy Sepulchre and St. Anne’s Church.
