The subfiles contains mainly images of excavation of archaeological sites with a focus on conservation concerns. The images include, but are not limited to, topics such as redevelopment, sulphate crust on stone, deformed stone plaques, copper stains on columns, tree growth through monuments, salt crystallization, erosions, wet burials, earthquake aftermaths, rising damp, urban pests, and vegetation concerns. There are also some diagrams (sheet NSP-01-003) of thermal expansion, building stresses, grit blasting defects, and impregnation on vertical surface from an ICCROM publication: Torraca, Giorgio. 1982.
